Policy

At Get Holistic Balance, we strive to provide excellent service and respect your time and commitments. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

1. Appointment Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% session fee.

• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows.

• If you cancel before the 24-hour window, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Emergency Situations

• We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us directly, and we will handle these cases at our discretion.

5. Group or Corporate Sessions

• For group or corporate bookings, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit or session fee.
